Message	I would get the 300/4 (great amp) run the fronts of one channel and bridge the sub off the other. With the alpine v-drive HU I would run your rear speakers off of it. Its a pretty powerful HU and should be plenty for the rears. I had rears hooked up in my Z and could not stand them. I only run a good front comp set-up now and my subs and it sounds amazing.
